As a simple treatment, a neutral bath is advised as a part of Hydrotherapy. It has a balancing effect on people who get irritated easily and are always suffering from anxiety. As a part of this therapy, physical therapists instruct a neutral bath of water that is slightly cooler than body temperature ranging from 94 to 97 degrees F. It is important here to submerge your body as much as possible and stay in the bath or at least 20 minutes. Water may be added in order to maintain the temperature of the bath.
