AROMATHERAPY

A mixture of several soothing oils is one of the best remedies as a part of Aromatherapy, to reduce anxiety. Its effect can be felt by either directly applying it or by using it in an aroma lamp or a diffuser, with a mixture of olive oil and almond oil. The Oils commonly used include Lavender, geranium, ylang ylang, bergamot and Melissa. Aromatherapists suggest that three or four of these oils may be mixed in equal proportions and stored in a 5-millimeter bottle.
