SOUND THERAPY

A mere 10 to 20 minutes of your day spent in listening to your favorite musical number, as a part of Sound Therapy, may be very relaxing as nothing can soothe those tightened nerves more effectively than music. When you listen to music make sure you put on your headphones in order to drown any external sounds that get in the way and lie down with your eyes closed. The sound can ease the pain of angina for some, may be not for all. It is also important to breathe properly and steadily, thereby reducing anxiety.
