One commonly preferred remedy is Aromatherapy. As a part of the same, the rose is regarded to be a wonderful healer of anger.

Often the rose is associated with love and its very fragrance can be so soothing that it can probably drive away that anger as you feel it slowly steaming out. Its fragrance can be inhaled directly from a bottle, or else a few drops of rose oil can be gently dabbed on the wrists or in the folds of your handkerchief. A more economical way to use this expensive oil would be in a candle diffuser.
